Christina S. Reyes
Christina is a Senior Associate at the Cochingyan and Partners Law Offices, a firm based in Manila, Philippines which specializes in assisting foreign companies with cross border transactions and inbound investments.
Her professional practice is in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation law, labor law, civil law, and criminal law. She has experience in advising and representing companies, counseling boards of directors and management on a wide range of areas, including domestic and cross-border deals, financing, restructuring, foreign investment, business establishment and development, governance, and all respects of the regulatory framework within which clients must operate.
Christina is a member of the Cross-Border Investments Committee and a member of the University of the Philippines Women Lawyers’ Circle. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2013 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2014.
