Mauricio Salas
Mauricio Salas is head of litigation at BLP. With over 25 years of experience, he leads a multidisciplinary team which comprises one of the Central America´s largest dispute resolution practices.
Mauricio Salas has been recognized as a leading lawyer in Central America by all major ranking publications.
He is included in the list of arbitrators of CIAR, CAFTA and the Mexico FTA. Currently Chairman of the International Conciliation and Arbitration Center.
As a professor of international law, in 2011 he received the Rodolfo Piza award from the Costa Rican International Law Association for his contribution to the field.
