Amira Nabila Budiyano
Amira’s practice currently focuses on IP and technology, particularly data protection (DP). She has advised various educational institutions, associations, and other entities on DP obligations. Notably, she has been involved in data breach investigations, including advising a multi-national company providing IT solutions to Singapore’s biggest telecommunications service provider on an investigation by the PDPC. Regarding other areas, her work includes amongst others, advising on IP strategy, commercialisation and other regulatory and technology-related issues.
She is regularly invited to talk on and provide her viewpoints on several occasions relating to range of matters including IP, DP as well as Contract Law.
