Ruby Rose J. Yusi
Ms. Yusi specializes in taxation, foreign investments, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking laws, construction law, and government procurement. She represents clients before administrative agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Bureau of Customs, and the Bureau of Local Government Finance. She also represents clients in local taxing authorities and the tax courts. Ms. Yusi is involved in defending businesses against industry-wide assessments of the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
Ms. Yusi also serves as director and Corporate Secretary of various corporations.
She is consistently recognized as one of the leading lawyers in the field of Taxation by the Asia Legal 500, Chambers Global, and the Global Tax Directory.

Hanim Hamzah
Hanim Hamzah is the Regional Managing Partner of the ZICO Law, the first law firm network to have presence across ASEAN with 18 offices in all 10 countries. Now based in Singapore, her 25 years of regional practice experience includes being resident in Malaysia, Japan, Indonesia and Singapore where she specialises in major infrastructure project financing and M&A deals in aviation, banking, insurance, mining, oil and gas, plantations, and property. Hanim is top ranked and recognized across multiple practice areas in the major legal directories and is recognized as one of Financial Times’ ten pioneers of new legal thinking at the Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyers. She is currently Senior Vice-Chair of the International Bar Association Law Firm Management Committee and Senior Fellow at the CIMB Asean Research Institute (CARI). Recently, Hanim has been selected by the Singapore Academy of Law, as part of an expert think-tank to prepare a white paper on skills needed by legal professionals in the future.
Outside of ZICO Law, Hanim is also a marathoner and sings in a jazz quartet.

Diep Hoang
Diep Hoang is the founding Partner of Dilinh Legal. Diep has extensive experience in corporate, M&A, and real estate matters. With extensive knowledge of doing business in Vietnam, Diep has advised numerous foreign investors on market entry, foreign investment approval, company establishment and operation.
Diep advised HSBC on the establishment of the very first wholly foreign-owned bank in Vietnam in 2008. Diep acted for Formosa Steel on its 2016 marine pollution incident, one of the most significant pollution incidents in Vietnam with extensive media coverage.

Priti Suri
Priti Suri is founder and managing partner of PSA, a business law firm in India. She is the Chair of IPBA’s Publications Committee. She has over 34 years’ experience across three continents. Priti developed the firm and represents its international and domestic clients, on wide range of transactional matters including full range of cross-border M&A, strategic investments, corporate, commercial and competition law.
Yunyan (Chris) Zhang
Chris Zhang is Senior Partner and managing partner of Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm,and a member of the 11th 12th National Youth Federation, “Innovation Scholar” of Yale University of the United States, and the Chief Legal Adviser of the Global Alliance of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China. She serves as an independent director of Anhui Fengyuan Biochemical Co., Ltd., Anhui Sichuang Electronics Co., Ltd., Anhui Wanneng Co., Ltd., Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Changyun Co., Ltd., and as a member of the internal assessment group of Hua’an Securities Co., Ltd.
Chris has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer. She holds a number of degrees in law, English, business administration and finance. She has an outstanding track record and demonstrated competence in many fields of work. She was selected as one of the Top 100 Chinese Lawyers, and was awarded the “Third Class Merit of Individual Lawyer” due to her outstanding performance in foreign-related legal services; nominated the Best Dispute Resolution Lawyer in China Law & Practice 2017; selected by ALB in August 2019 as “2019 ALB China Client Choice Top 20 ”; selected by the 40th Anniversary of the Celebration of New China and the Restoration of the Chinese Lawyer System – Outstanding Law Yearbook of China in 2019; selected by China Business Law Journal in October 2020 as “A-List of China’s elite lawyers”.
Chris has successfully represented clients in more than 1,000 domestic and foreign litigation, commercial arbitration, major investment and capital market projects. The cases she acted in included commercial trials before the Supreme People’s Court. For many years, Chris has been a lawyer of choice for government agencies at all levels, financial institutions, international and domestic large enterprises and listed companies. The foreign-related projects she handled included the Selection of 《Foreign-related Cases》and the “First Batch of Ten Classic Cases of Shanghai Foreign-related Investment”.
Meryl Koh
Meryl is a litigator and a Director in both the Intellectual Property (IP) and Dispute Resolution Departments at one of Singapore’s ‘Big 4’ law firms, Drew & Napier.
Meryl’s has been involved in many complex litigation and arbitrations concerning IP infringement as well as corporate and commercial disputes involving contract, defamation, breach of director’s duties and employment law. Her clients include high net worth individuals, listed companies as well as international and household names in the hospitality, media, eSports and gaming F&B, technology, agriculture, resources and pharmaceutical industries.
Meryl has been repeatedly named as a Next Generation Lawyer in IP by Legal 500, identified as one of 40 bright legal minds in the region under the age of 40 by Asian Legal Business (2019), lauded as an accomplished industry leader under the age of 40 in Prestige Singapore Magazine (2017) and was one of Singapore’s 70 most influential lawyers aged 40 and under by Singapore Business Review (2016).
She is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and sits on the board of EB Impact, a non-profit organisation focused on delivering training and programmes to Asia Pacific’s underserved communities with a focus on generating positive sustainable development impact.
Meryl is also a member of the International Association for the Protection of IP (AIPPI) IP and Green Technology Standing Committee and the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC) Circular Economy Interest Group. In this latter capacity, she was one of the co-authors of the SICC’s 2019 Position Paper on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for packaging in Singapore.
Ira Eddymurthy
Ira A. Eddymurthy is a founding partner of SSEK Legal Consultants. She has more than three decades of experience advising multinationals and domestic companies on Indonesia’s complex regulatory environment. Ira is recognized by leading legal directories as one of Indonesia’s top banking, capital markets and M&A lawyers.
Ira graduated from the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law in 1984, was a visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law from 1990 to 1991, and attended the Academy of American and International Law in Dallas, Texas, also in 1991.
She is a member of the International Bar Association and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) and represented the Indonesian jurisdiction of the IPBA from 2002 to 2008.
