Lily Yin is a Partner of Fangda Partners and a registered lawyer licensed in both the PRC and the State of New York. Ms. Yin has extensive experience in private equity, M&A, and fund formation transactions, and is actively involved in transactions in the telecommunications, media and technology industry. For example, Ms. Yin represented Ant Financial in connection with Alibaba Group’s acquisition of its 33% equity interest, as well as Ant Financial and other leading industrial players and PE funds in their investments in Chinese payment service companies. With her expertise in the fund formation and employee incentive structure set-up area, she is also uniquely positioned in the market and has been frequently consulted in complex deal structuring.
